If you’re not ready to announce anything yet, this is a great time to explore our private community.

What is keeping you from DPC?
If you’ve been thinking about Direct Primary Care but feel stuck, you’re probably not doing anything wrong.
Most physicians aren’t blocked by lack of effort.
They’re blocked by uncertainty.
You know how to take care of patients. What’s harder is everything around it:
• How do I explain DPC clearly?
• What do I actually work on first?
• Why do people sound interested but never enroll?
• Am I moving too slowly… or about to make a mistake?
So you end up researching for months because you're trying to be responsible before acting. Heads up: you'll never have a moment where everything finally feels certain.
You don’t need more information.
You need sequence and support.

What is keeping you from DPC?
Many physicians interested in DPC aren’t stuck because they lack effort.
They’re stuck because they don’t know what to do first.
If you’ve been circling DPC for a while, you’ve probably read all you can about the model, listened to multiple podcasts, done several EMR demos, and thought about pricing.
BUT, you’re still unsure how to explain DPC in a real conversation. Wondering why interested patients don’t enroll. How and when to tell your employer? Are you moving too fast or too slow?
This pre-launch stage delays physicians more than you think.
Crescendo exists for this exact phase.
You keep researching instead of progressing.
You don’t want to look inexperienced.
You’re not ready to announce this publicly yet.
You worry about avoidable mistakes.
You’re trying to figure it out quietly.
What is Crescendo?
Crescendo isn’t a course and it’s not 1-on-1 coaching.
It is a structured environment where you think through your practice, from concept to welcoming new patients. This happens while continuing to see patients in your employed job or in your newly opened DPC.
Instead of giving you more information, we give you sequence.
Inside Crescendo you:
• clarify who your practice is meant to serve
• learn to explain Direct Primary Care clearly
• practice real patient conversations either privately or in the community
• figure out what to focus on each week
• move forward without announcing prematurely
You remain in control of your decisions. But now you have a community to support you.

What Most Physicians Discover
Many doctors assume that before they talk to potential patients, they need:
• a website
• a location
• and a full plan
In reality, early conversations create the plan.
They don’t feel stressed about the clinical part of the practice. They lack confidence in communication and order of action.
Crescendo provides a safe place to work through that stage.

How It Fits With Harmony Ops
As your plan becomes clearer and interest begins, we help you build a simple communication and tracking system so you can manage inquiries and new members without feeling overloaded.
You don’t need to understand software first.
You start with thinking and conversations.
The tools will be more useful after that.

Physicians Who Benefit Most From Crescendo
Crescendo is appropriate for physicians at several stages of exploring or building a Direct Primary Care practice, including those who:
• are considering transitioning to Direct Primary Care
• are planning an opening but have not yet announced publicly
• have recently opened and want clearer direction
• have opened but enrollment is slower than expected
You do not need to leave your current position before joining. In fact, the best time to join is while you’re still planning your practice and need more guidance.

When Crescendo Is Not the Right Fit
Crescendo isn’t designed for physicians who:
• want done-for-you marketing or lead generation
• want guaranteed enrollment numbers
• want someone else to manage or operate their practice
Crescendo provides structure and guidance so you can make your own decisions with more confidence and less uncertainty.

No.
You can begin while still employed and work through your decisions behind the scenes. Crescendo is designed for the stage before public announcements, when you’re thinking about how (and whether) to move forward.
You can move at your own pace.
Crescendo includes guidance and structured support, but it is not traditional 1-on-1 business coaching.
In addition to weekly support calls, you have an ongoing environment: tools, structured next steps, and private problem-solving. You’re in charge of your practice, but you’re not alone. You’ll have a supportive community surrounding you.
This can help you decide if you’re ready for DPC right now.
The first step is the Practice Blueprint. This helps you think through your motivations, concerns, and situation clearly as you plan your practice. You’ll want to be sure of your choice before you open. We offer a 14-day refund period. If you complete the Practice Blueprint and join 1 or 2 weekly calls, and you decide you don’t want to continue, then we’ll refund your money.
Yes, absolutely!
Many physicians open a practice but still feel uncertain about:
- how to explain DPC clearly
- why interested patients do not enroll
- what to prioritize week to week
Crescendo helps you refine communication, patient conversations, and decision-making so your practice grows thoughtfully and intentionally.
As you prepare to open, you’ll need a simple way to track conversations, follow up appropriately, and nurture potential patient relationships. If you’re already open, Harmony Ops helps relieve some of the busywork that comes with growth.
Harmony Ops provides a communication and tracking system built for DPC practices. You don’t need to set it up first thing. Let’s get your messaging nailed down before you progress to building your systems and automations.
You can still participate in Crescendo.
The calls are available for support, questions, and discussion, but they’re not mandatory. You’re welcome to join every week, or if you prefer, you can primarily use the tools and guidance at your convenience.
The support is available when you need it.
You can expect to spend 1–3 hours per week on average, refining your message, working through conversations, planning your next steps, and joining the weekly calls. Some weeks require less, some more. The structure helps you focus on the right actions.
You begin with the Practice Blueprint session, which clarifies your practice and communication. From there, you follow structured next steps, use the tools as needed, and access weekly support and community as your questions arise.
Crescendo is a recurring membership. You can cancel before the next billing cycle if you choose not to continue.
No.
Crescendo does not guarantee patient enrollment, revenue, or practice growth. You remain responsible for your professional and business decisions. The purpose is to provide structure and guidance so you can move forward thoughtfully.
I’m a Direct Primary Care physician and practice owner.

I didn’t start out with a business background, and I definitely didn’t feel like I knew how to “launch a practice.” I was comfortable taking care of patients but much less comfortable explaining my own value, talking about money, or building a business.
I read all the books, scrolled all the Facebook DPC groups, listened to the few podcasts that were available then. It was a lot of time spent researching and trying to gather enough information before feeling ready. Now I know, that’s not really possible.
Once I could explain DPC in a normal conversation with a patient, things started falling into place. I just needed to stop trying to do everything at once and instead focus on the next right step.
Harmony Ops, and later Crescendo, grew out of that experience and from talking with many other physicians starting DPC who were struggling at the same place in the process.
Crescendo won’t remove all uncertainty. Starting anything new still feels uncomfortable. But it does make the path a lot less lonely and a lot more chaotic.
